LEADING AND MANAGING NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATION

 

NGO capacity building project was aimed at improving and strengthening the management expertise of non-governmental organizations working on human rights in Nigeria.  Capacity building of NGOs is concern about training and staff development of management staff of selected NGOs in Nigeria to upgrade their knowledge in planning and empowerment of staff and organization, through self-diagnosis, analysis and strategic capacity planning.  The specific aim of the project is to help NGO staff and organization to perform their functions effectively, efficiently and sustainably.
